Mr Kubayi is an admitted Attorney and Conveyancer of the High Court of South Africa and a member in good standing of the Legal Practice Council. He holds the Bachelor of Laws from the University of Venda.

He brings to every mandate the rare combined perspective of the private-practice attorney and the state deeds examiner — five years at the Pretoria Deeds Office, and a dual vantage point it took twelve years of continuous practice to accumulate.
