The firm has court litigation department. The department institute and defend litigation by and against clients. The drafting of the necessary pleadings, obtaining evidence, attending to interlocutory applications and prosecuting appeals and reviews on behalf of clients is done by this department.

Our litigation department is divided into Commercial, Civil and Constitutional Litigation Sections. Over the past years we have built strong litigation department.
